<  Citizens’ Charter  ~  Millennium Edition of the Citizens Charter

The Citizens Charter Group is pleased to release the millennium (final) edition of The Citizens Charter for a Democratic Ethiopia. It is also available in Amharic for the first time. More translations to come in other major Ethiopian languages.

Both the Charter (in English and Amharic) and the introductory remarks I made at the Washington DC conference, Ethiopia at the Dawn of the Millennium, are now available in this EINEPS website.

Looking forward to readers' comments.
